Healthy Today :D

So I decided to Make a change.
Healthy Eating and exercise is key to
a Healthy Life. It can boost your energy and
you can feel better than ever, So I decided to
become Healthier (I could be alot healthier than i am now)
and to do that I am going to start eating Healthier and
exercise alot more. So to start off the day I had a Tortilla
egg and chicken wrap all ingredients came from whole foods and
just now I made a Fruit Acai berry Smoothie. I'm lactose-intolerant
so I'm not eating regular milk, and Frankly I'm thinking of cutting out all
Lactose from my Diet such as: Cheese and other dairy products. I'm alot thinking
of cutting out alot of my meat and eating it not as often. So I guess it's Vegan,but i don't
put a label on it, O yea No Eggs either. so Yea I'm excited. Back to the smoothie....I did make my smoothie with Silk Soy milk,but do to a bad experience with milk some months ago (Got Sick)
I never seem milk the same or even had the same taste/crave for it. So No Milk, but it was a really great smoothie Here's what it looked like and the recipe:

Fruit Acai Smoothie:

1 packet of Acai berry mix (Frozen)
Varies- Soymilk (Original)
2 Cups of Mixed (Frozen) Fruit

And That's all to it :D
